thinking about it

Hi! I know, it's been a while again, I'm bad at this posting on a regular basis stuff. Forgive me.

We've been crazy busy. Joey has been home a lot, so lots for fun little trips here and there, fishing trips, shopping, eye doctor, and Blythe made all stars, so LOTS of ball. Oh, and last week, the older two kids took an art class and LOVED it. They painted some soooo cute little canvases that i can't wait to hang.

Oh, and there's an awesome new fridge, with french doors and freezer on bottom, exactly what I always wanted.

So, anyways, that's what's been going on.

I'm one of those people that can tell you every house on the market in our area. I love me some realtor.com. So easy. Put in the town and state, you can even narrow it down by how many bedrooms and baths you want, and it shows you all the listing in that area from all real estate agents. All in one place.

I've been doing this for.... oh.. I don't know... say... 2 years? But I can't find the house.

But I think we kinda have now :)

I guess we'll see where this goes.

I'm actually loosing sleep over this now, just like when we were trying to buy the house we're currently in.

Wash away

We have a "laundry closet." I dream of a nice huge laundry room some day. But for now I have to work with what I have.

I absolutely love my Electrolux washer. It was a big purchase and I did a lot of research before buying it. I recently organized the whole laundry closet during a bowl full of lemons' 21 day organizing challenge. You can see that post here.

The dryer is shoved all the way over so that the drawer on the pedestal can open, and so that the detergent/bleach/softener tray will open all the way. The problem is that when I get the matching dryer, they won't be able to both fit in there and both pedestals be able to open, because of the bi-fold doors. The guy from Lowe's that delivered it suggested putting a  curtain up.

I looked at him like he had lost his mind.

But then I found this picture on Pinterest.

Isn't that just lovely? Gee, I'm loving Pinterest!

About Me

My photo
I have three kids:
Blythe Anne, 8
Jonah, 7
Peyton, 4

My husband and I have been married for 6 years, and I spend my days being a stay at home mom while he's a driller on a land rig. So for six months of the year (he works a week on, a week off), I'm raising these kids by myself. I would write more, but I hear children screaming :)
